WestGate Academy boasts over 14,000 square foot of event space in the Conference Center alone, with a 25 foot high ceiling.  Large profile equipment easily enters the Conference Center by utilizing the overhead door.  The carpeted floor and beautifully painted walls make the cavernous room feel intimate and inviting.  



Our Conference Center can seat up to 600 people banquet style and 800 theater style.  The large room can be divided into four sections, seating up to 100  people comfortably, per section.  One catering kitchen is available with an industrial refrigerator, two dish washers, ice machine, and industrial warmer for your convenience.

The Conference Center has two laptops dedicated to use in the Conference Center.  We also provide up to seventy 60" round tables and 500 chairs free of charge.  Additional items that can be included in Conference Center rental are, staging, podiums, monitor, sound system including four wireless handheld  microphones, and four wireless lapel microphones.  The Conference Center has four projectors suspended from the ceiling and wireless remotes to use for your next meeting.  For special events, the Conference Center also has a beautiful cherry wood 24 by 24 foot dance floor.
